Welcome Lee County Postal Employees Credit Union Members!
At the end of May, Lee County Postal Employees Credit Union (LCPECU) merged into Tampa Postal Federal Credit Union. This event took place in order to provide additional financial services to USPS employees in the Fort Myers area and highlight both credit unions' goal of providing the best financial services to USPS employees throughout Florida.
Current Tampa Postal FCU Members
Current members of Tampa Postal FCU will not experience any changes with their current accounts. In the upcoming months, new services will be added for current TPCU members, such as Free Online Bill Pay and enhanced Online Banking.
New Tampa Postal FCU Members (LCPECU Members)
At Tampa Postal, we are happy and excited to welcome you to our credit union. We understand going through a merger can cause unexpected interruptions with your accounts, but please know we are working non-stop to make this process as simple and rewarding for you as possible.

Do we have any FREE ATMs?

Are my bills being paid through iPay Online Bill Pay?
Yes, your bills you schedule through iPay Online Bill Pay are being paid. However, a slight glitch by the provider may not show the money coming out of your account immediately. This issue is being addressed and should be corrected shortly.
NOTE: When balancing your Checking Account, please make sure you include those bills you know you already paid via iPay, but are not showing up on your account via Online Banking. These funds have been withdrawn from your account and will show up via Online Banking in the next few days.

I cannot access iPay. How can I pay my bills through iPay Online Bill Pay?
If you are currently enrolled in iPay and you need to access your account to schedule or review bills, please contact iPay's customer support at 888.871.8235.
Should I continue to use my LCPECU Checks?
Yes, if you had a Checking Account with LCPECU prior to the merge, please continue to use your LCPECU checks. A complimentary box of checks will be sent to you by the end of June. Should you run out of checks prior to the end of June, please contact us at 800.782.4899 for additional checks.
Should I continue to use my LCPECU Debit Card?
No, as of the end of May, your LCPECU Debit Card is no longer active. You should have received a new Tampa Postal Debit Card already and a new PIN (the PIN should have arrived separately 3 days after your Debit Card for security purposes). If you have not received your Tampa Postal Debit Card and/or PIN, please contact us at 800.782.4899.
NOTE: If you wish to customize your PIN, you are able to do so by following the instructions on the form containing your new PIN. You have 30 days to customize your PIN.

How do I switch my accounts and loans from other financial institutions to Tampa Postal?

General Questions on Your New Tampa Postal FCU Account
New Account Number with TPCU
We have added 500 as the prefix to your existing LCPECU account number. Your new account number will be 7 digits long.
For example:
If your account number with LCPECU was 3 digits “999”, just add 5 0 0 0 9 9 9.
If your account number was 4 digits “9999”, just add 5 0 0 9 9 9 9.
Your Account Statement
Your statement will continue to process at the end of each month and you will receive a final statement from LCPECU for the month of May. Your first statement from TPCU will cover your June transactions and should arrive to you within the first week of July. Using Automated Banking by Phone
To use Tampa Postal's Secure Automated Banking by Phone, you will call 1-800-223-ABBY (2229).
To enroll in this Free service, please contact us at 800.782.4899.
ATM Access
TPCU offers ATM cards to all members to access their savings only (a Debit Card will be issued for you to access your Checking Account). You can use any TPCU or designated ATMs for free.
Direct Deposit with TPCU
If you currently have direct deposit with LCPECU, it will automatically be received and posted to your new TPCU account. To set up additional direct deposits or ACH transactions, please use the following information:
Routing Number: 263183036
Account Number: 7 digits (Ex.:5 0 0 1 2 3 4)
Add 01 to the base account number for the deposit to go into savings.
Add 90 to the base account number for the deposit to go into checking.

Automatic Debits and ACH Payments
Automatic Debit and ACH payments, such as loan payments, insurance and utility drafts and automatic transfers will continue to work as they did with LCPECU. If you have any questions, please contact us at 800.782.4899.
Your Current Loans
All LCPECU loans will transfer to Tampa Postal at the same rate and term. You will retain your same payment method as well. If you are currently using coupons for payment, a new set of coupons will be printed and sent the first week in June.

ACCOUNT SPECIFIC QUESTIONS
Your FREE Checking Account
If you had a Share Draft (Checking) Account (15) with LCPECU, you now have a Free Checking (90) with Tampa Postal.
IMPORTANT: If you had a LCPECU Checking Account, please continue to use your current LCPECU Checks. We will be mailing you a free box of checks by the end of June. If you run out of checks prior to June 30th, please contact us at 800.782.4899.
Please note: If you used your LCPECU checks to establish automatic (ACH) payments you will need to contact those businesses to provide your new checking and routing information.

If you participate in the LCPECU Courtesy Pay service, it will continue to be available through Tampa Postal.
Debit Cards with Tampa Postal
Tampa Postal's Debit Card allows you to access your Checking Account conveniently anywhere MasterCard is accepted. You may also use this card to make ATM withdrawals from your Checking or Savings Accounts.
IMPORTANT: Your LCPECU Debit Card is no longer active. You should have received your new Tampa Postal ATM or Debit Card in the mail. Your PIN, mailed 3 days after the Debit Card for security purposes, should already be delivered to you as well. If you have questions on your Debit Card or did not receive your card, please contact us at 800.782.4899.
Your Share (Savings) Account
If you had a Regular Shares (-1) with LCPECU, you now have a Regular Shares (01) with Tampa Postal.
Your New Tampa Postal Share (Savings) Account is a variable rate account with dividends paid quarterly.
Your Auxiliary Savings Account
If you had an Auxiliary Savings or Vacation Club (0-4, 6-14, 16-19) with LCPECU, you now have an Auxiliary Savings (16-20) with Tampa Postal.
Auxiliary Savings Accounts are administered in the same manner as Tampa Postal Share Savings Accounts.
Your Certificates of Deposit
If you had a Certificate of Deposit with LCPECU (101-120), you now have a Share Certificate (60-89) with Tampa Postal.
Certificates will automatically transfer over to TPCU with the same rate and term. A notice will be sent to you prior to maturity outlining your options for the certificate renewal..
